A fee of $300 is applicable to all clubhouse function bookings. This fee is to be paid at the time of confirmation. Where the club decides that licensed security personnel are required, BGC will make the necessary arrangements. The cost of such security services is the responsibility of the booking client and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the event. Clubhouse operations are to cease by 11:30pm. We can’t wait to see you here!

Bexley Golf Club does not accept bookings for 16th or 18th birthday celebrations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider our venue for other special occasions and events.
