A fee of $300 is applicable to all clubhouse function bookings. This fee is to be paid at the time of confirmation. Where the club decides that licensed security personnel are required, BGC will make the necessary arrangements. The cost of such security services is the responsibility of the booking client and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the event. Clubhouse operations are to cease by 11:30pm.
