Booking Conditions & Hiring Prices
Tentative bookings are taken, however to secure the day, a deposit must be made.
Deposit: A deposit will be required upon booking. Please see management.
Payment: Full payment can be made before, or on the day of the event by cash or credit card (we do not accept Diners or Amex)
Final Numbers: We ask that numbers are confirmed 48 hours prior to the event otherwise original numbers quoted on shall be charged. Some premium menus may require 36 hours notice.
Wet Weather Insurance: Bexley Golf Club can put you in touch with an insurance company that provides cover that starts from as little as $296.
Hole in One Insurance: Should you wish to offer a substantial prize/amount for a Hole In One, Bexley can put you in touch with a company that provides insurance for this.
Damage: The hirer shall be responsible for any damage to the club or its equipment by your guests.
